Market data is sourced from third-party exchanges, APIs, and public data providers. Edgedar makes no representation that such data is accurate or up to date. Data latency, feed interruptions, calculation errors, and technical failures may occur at any time. You must independently verify all data before acting upon it.
Past signal performance, historical data, and backtested results do not guarantee or indicate future performance.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EDGEDAR, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
IN NO EVENT SHALL EDGEDAR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO EDGEDAR IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise Edgedar (or its payment processor) to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis.
The 7-day free trial, where offered, provides full access to the Service at no charge. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
All content, features, functionality, algorithms, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on or associated with the Service are owned by Edgedar or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Edgedar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or any Intelligence Data.
Edgedar may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation: sections on limitation of liability, disclaimers, indemnification, and governing law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edgedar and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
The Service may integrate with or display data sourced from third-party exchanges, APIs, and data providers. Edgedar does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party services, content, or data. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and conditions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting legal@edgedar.com.
Edgedar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
